Margaret survived the Titanic by getting on life boat number six. Before that she helped to get people on other boats before she helped herself. By her being so unselfish she got the tittle of ‘the unsinkable molly brown’. She was urging them to go back to check to see if anyone had survived. By time she had convinced her boat to go look it was too late.
